I checked several sites for car rentals. Most offer a low price that does not include other necessary charges. When you get to their counter then they tell you about Insurances, additional driver, fuel policy, and before you know it you get knocked over. You pay more than you need to - it is a rip-off. IBookaCar covers everything up front. Name sounds like a fly-by-nite Company but it is truly fantastic. The Car Rental Company can't take advantage of you as you pay for all you need online. The one additional thing you want to add is personal Insurance but I don't see it as necessary. I paid tolls in cash and had no problems. Toll by plate is an option you can set up online also. IBookaCar is my choice for booking from now.

I usually book cars through IbookAcar.com to ensure I have insurance and to control my costs. A few months ago, Hertz charged me again although I had a prepaid voucher. I pointed it out to IbookAcar.com which did solve the problem to my complete satisfaction. Not only that, but the next time I booked a car with them and it was with Hertz, the voucher had complete, detailed instructions for the Hertz counter agent.
