It’s always great to hear when a tool becomes part of your daily workflow. That’s usually when it’s delivering real value, not just features. We’re really glad to know the experience has been so positive for you, both in terms of the platform and the support behind it. Thank you for sharing your feedback and for being part of Hyros.

I was testing several such software systems side by side for 30 days. I'm a low volume high AOV WooCommerce store. Hyros smoked several other legitimate brands that I won't mention. My customer service rep was first rate. The software exceeds expectations. There was a learning curve, but that's fair. I was desperate to reinvent my business as my PPC accounts had become so inefficient that it had become an existential threat to my business. The agentic Ai transition from SEO is also a bear to navigate. The measurements that Hyros lets you understand give me the recon I need to make fast super critical decisions. It freaking works. Actually unbelievable in todays world.

Rebuilding performance when your acquisition channels start breaking down is no small challenge, so it’s powerful to hear how Hyros supported you during such a critical moment for your business. Running side-by-side tests and seeing clear results says a lot, especially in a low volume, high AOV setup where every decision carries more weight. Having that level of insight to act quickly and confidently can make all the difference. We also appreciate you mentioning the learning curve. With depth comes complexity, but it’s great to know the value on the other side made it worthwhile. Thank you for sharing such an honest and impactful experience. We’re glad Hyros could play a role in helping you regain control and move forward with clarity.

This software is a total game changer. The tracking is mind-blowing. Definitely worth the investment. Also the support has been incredibly helpful. They are super patient for tech challenged people like me, and have answered every question I have and quickly!

Hyros has been great for us over the months. It helped us scale ads that translated into direct results for our business. Hyros' team and especially our account manager, Felix, is very competent and always there to help out no matter what. Felix will get on a call with you if need be to sort things out and will follow up until the issue is fixed, which I am very grateful for.

Before Hyros, we had issues having data, send real tracking to our Meta Ad Account. Hyros changed everything, we have now high-qualied leads campaign, we track all data, real time optimization based on real data, the multi-ads tracking is awesome. But even better with Hyros is the support team, atleast from our experience. Our account manager Nour is incredible and when i mean Incredible, easy to reach out, which is a nice thing. But with such an advanced platform, it can be easy to be lost, but with his fast response rate, and with his ability to make it easy to understand the way he educated us of the platform, it would'nt be the same experience. 10/10 for sure - How Hyros helped and any early results you’ve seen - (Optional) Adding my name for context is always appreciated

It’s great to see such a tangible impact from better tracking. When attribution becomes clearer, it naturally leads to smarter spend and stronger ROAS, so a 15–25% lift is an awesome outcome. Also glad to hear the analytical reports are helping you identify your most valuable customers. That kind of insight can completely change how campaigns are optimized. And Jaime will definitely appreciate the shoutout. Being responsive and supportive is exactly the experience we aim to provide. Thanks for sharing your results.
