Fantastic experience with Hyros tracking for our Ads, and even more fantastic experience with the support, especially Catalin, who has always been very responsive and helpful in any difficulties or issues we encountered. Highly recommended for media buyers!

It’s simple, actually I couldn't analyze my ads without Hyros. I use it every day, and it helps me make more money than ever before with ads.

Carlos is the BOMB! He was SO helpful! He took the time to hop on a call with me and very carefully walk through how to maximize the quality of the data being passed to Hyros from our pixels. He was confident and knew the subject well. We visited several platforms together and he knew where to look and what to do in each one to set it up right. I am really impressed with Hyros' customer service and in particular Carlos is amazing!

I would have rated HYROS 10/10 if there were 10 stars rating on Trust Pilot. 1. Product wise 2. Customer support wise 3. Experience wise For everything, I would give a 10/10 for sure. Last year, I wanted to use HYROS & had paid as well. Unfortunately, my funnel pages were not compatible with HYROS at that time in 2023 so these guys were humble enough to provide me a full refund. I told the team (Romina the rep at that time), I would come back in near future for sure for any of my new product funnel while keeping in mind the changes I will need to integrate HYROS. In April 2024, I was ready. I connected with them again. This time Jocelyn from their team is in touch for all my queries. It's been 1.5 months into HYROS & I would recommend this to everyone who is serious about scaling their ads or even for their tracking. I run a performance marketing agency & I have used Clickmagick, Triple Whale etc... But HYROS 2.0 which recently got released is way better. I am still using Triple Whale for my ecom clients. The only reason why I am still using it for ecom clients is because HYROS is not able to fetch the previous year's data from Shopify when we integrate it. That's the only feature which is not yet there in HYROS so still not testing for ecom. Other than that, for my own brand & for my clients as well now who are into coaching business (other than ecom) are all on HYROS. Have already onboarded 2 of my high ticket clients to HYROS. And talking about their customer support, Jocelyn deserves a raise :) Thank you for always been there with the right support on the live chat. Feature I would be looking forward to is: FETCHING LAST 365 DAYS FROM SHOPIFY & I will bring my ecom clients to HYROS :) That's for all now. Wishing all the best to the entire team of HYROS. ❤️🙏

Using this app has been a fantastic experience from the start. The customer service is exceptional—they guide you through every step to ensure everything is set up perfectly. The follow-ups are always timely, and the tool provides accurate reports, allowing me to track my metrics effectively. While it might initially seem challenging to use, the customer support helps accelerate the learning process, making it easier to understand.
