HyrosReviews of hyros.com

WOW! This is INCREDIBLE! We are blown away at the tracking we are able to see from every area of our marketing! Google Ads, Organic clicks, social media, website - everything! But the most impressive thing of all is the customer service and team that helps to make sure we are all dialed in. I can't say enough about Johnnie and the attention to detail, desire to make sure we are happy, that our links, tracking and results are working for us! BEST I've ever encountered!! Thank you!!

Love Hyros, helps me with all of my advertising and organic tracking needs. The software is very versatile and customizable so I can create specific customer journeys and track my leads from top of funnel all the way to the very bottom of funnel. Jocelyn, my analyst is also very helpful and goes above and beyond every time when I need support!

Super great tracking software and insanely good customer service. We were lucky enough to have Johnnie as our account manager. She took a lot of time to answer our questions and helped us with the complete setup so that we understood the whole software ourselves. Thank you so much for your dedication and reliability. I have never had so much fun with a software and learnt so much! We will definitely stay with Hyros!

Have been using the software across a few clients and it's awesome! Very cool campaign breakdowns. Yes it's expensive but much more rewarding than competing platforms. Big shout out to Chase & Marko for helping with the onboarding process. The customer service here is UNMATCHED! Would highly recommend.

The best ad tracking software out there! The technology is great, it works as advertised, and Marko is one of the best customer support reps I've ever had anywhere!

The perfect tool for understanding better the customer journey and the revenue per channel. Besides, all the different options that you can have there to optimize your campaigns more efficiently are extremely helpful for reaching your goals.

Hyros is A1 when it comes to tracking and getting better results. I can't say enough good things about this company. But even more so, their support team is top tier. If you're looking to scale your paid ads and track everything - get Hyros. PERIOD

Running paid ads without Hyros is like wearing underwear made of goldfish. It might work, but something will feel a little "off". Marcelo is the man as far as support. That said, I do have 3 gripes that I wish they'd solve... 1) Provide a fully done for you set-up where Hyros is fully integrated across the clients funnel (make it reasonably priced) 2) Have a very affordable entry level package that tracks one ad platform, one landing page, one thank you page so clients can test drive Hyros for a really low fee, get hooked and stay forever. 3) Switch away from a chat support system and over to a ticket system so each clients questions are kept separate. Bonus 4) Make damn sure the data in the FB ads manager matches the data in the Hyros dashboard Bonus 5) Add a feature that shows the true metrics vs Facebook metrics to show clients how incredibly far off their data would have been without Hyros. Bonus6) Fix the affiliate system - pay your affiliates faster!
