Marcelo is an absolute legend! He was instrumental in onboarding a client and ensuring everything was as close to perfect as possible. I've been using Hyros for several years, but Marcelo’s exceptional customer service truly stood out. He made the entire experience smoother and helped me maximise the tool’s potential—insights I can now apply across all my client accounts. When I started with Hyros about four years ago, the customer service wasn’t nearly as impressive. It’s great to see they’ve listened to feedback and improved their onboarding process. Hyros is a great tool for scaling ads—I highly recommend it.

Hyros is an amazing tool for media buyers. Really allows flexibility and to transparently and accurately see all data. Allowing you to be confident in the decisions you take as a media buyer. Their support is also unreal. I have a specialist Marcelo who is 10/10 and always there and ready to help us with any technical work having to do with the software or set up.

Hyros is the ultimate Source of Truth -- If you have gaps in your business that you want / need to understand, use Hyros. Hyros fills all of the monetary gaps that allows for you to get a true visual on actual performance across paid media & organic.
