I've been with Hyros for 9 months now and would have a hard time running my business effectively without it. I'm in high ticket sales and need to know which ads are converting. The software clarifies how inaccurate the Facebook/Meta tracking is. Meta is attributing sales and traffic to ads that are not converting and missing attributions on ads that made sales. Knowing what ads are working and being able to accurately track a customer's journey through our sales process is a huge game changer. Their customer service and support is excellent, they will walk you through any setup or support you need.

Best tracking tool for Paid ads I've found. Been using it for 4 years, nothing else comes close.

The ongoing service is amazing...I've been able to communicate with my rep, Felix anytime I need clarity on something and it's awesome having my very own concierge level service on helping me understand how to interpret the data. The software + the service we get is 5 star!

Their support is first-class. Jaime Aranguren was my rep, and he literally responds to my complicated technical questions within 15 minutes, allowing me to troubleshoot and build in real time. It's a great tool, but Jaime is the highlight of this experience for me. Hands down.

So far everything’s been running great. The support team in particular is really on top of things. they respond quickly, are super friendly and competent, and actually give you answers when something’s not clear. The only thing we’re still missing would be some kind of direct integration with Amazon or eBay. especially to be able to track ad spend properly so we can calculate ROAS. That’s not possible yet, and TikTok Shop isn’t connected either. But I think that’s not really on Hyros, it’s more that those platforms simply don’t allow it. The price for Hyros is definitely high and it hurts, but quality comes at a cost. All in all though: 5/5 so far.

The Hyros support team is very attentive whenever you face an issue. They do their best to resolve problems and provide detailed information regarding the questions you raise. It’s clear that they are making real efforts to improve the platform.

Hyros service team is second to none! I was not expecting that much assistance for not only onboardining but also ongoing support! Every time i have a question they get back to me the same day and always share a calendar link to book one on one calls. I have already reaped the benefits only one month in and am starting to save potential $1000s in ad spend due to finding what really is performing well.
