I have used Hyros for a year now. However, it's reporting is no longer the most accurate or best fit - there are better options that don't cost an arm and a leg. When I reached out to cancel my quarterly bill that processed less than a week ago, I was told I was outside their cancellation window. I had been unaware of that and thought I had the full week, which is why I reached out. They referred me to their terms of service and simply said no. I told them I had reached out kindly, respectfully, and hopefully that after a year of working together they would end our relationship well -- after all, they are no longer a good fit, they bill you IN ADVANCE so I was not asking for a refund for services rendered by services not yet supplied, and I asked to give a 30 day notice and be pro-rated from the 30 days. Their reply: "We are very sorry that your business changed this season and we do not provide any value for you anymore. But kindness, respect and honesty do not set the base for service provider - customer relations, Terms of Service do." I have never been so disappointed in customer service before. WOW.

It's a scam. Horrible customer support. They claim they have a money-back guarantee, but it's a lie. Our company tried installing it for 4 months but couldn't get it live. They charged us $1,500+ and their account executives refused to give a refund even though we never used the software!!!

Worst Customer support ever! I tell him the 5 time why the ads are not get tracked and that he should write this to the engineers to solve the problem. He even dont care and tells me any other things to do that will not ever solve my problem

Good luck stopping the service. It is next to impossible to stop their service.. Feel like I being strong armed... Constantly being asked, " why are you stopping? Then get the "our support team will get right back with you"...Then you get billed again There is no phone help - another red flag... Had to call my credit card to cancel..

terrible experience, it doesn't work. It's useless and they won't give you a refund when you request one. Not even a partial even if you haven't used the remaining time. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

THE ONLY REVIEW YOU NEED TO LISTEN TOO! Absolute scam, went to get my money back guarantee as the product didn’t do what they said it was going to do. They came up with a bunch of “terms” that said I can’t get it. 20% increased roi or your money back is also a SCAM. Tried there software on one of my ads and it went from a 4.4ROAS TO A 0.4 ROAS.

These guys keep trying to charge my card 3499 USD even though I cancelled my plan and they confirmed that it was cancelled
