Misplaced the adapter for my Hyperx Cloud III Wireless gaming headset. Reached out to support for help. Got a quick and friendly response by Stefan from customer support. 2 days later i received a new adapter, sent by HyperX, no questions asked. Really great customer service. Things like these are what matters. 5/5.

Recently I bought HyperX SoloCast microphone, and it is fantastic! Crystal-clear audio quality, easy plug&play setup, and perfect for streaming and gaming. Great value for the price, highly recommend!

Chris in Customer service went above and beyond to help me with my troubles

Habe den USB-Anschluss für mein Headset verbogen. Hatte dann dem Support geschrieben, diese haben mir dann einfach einen neuen USB-Stick geschickt. Musste nichts zahlen, top! Fallnummer: 5134849285

I am using Hyperx devices for a 5 years now. Sometimes it really hard to find a hardware that fits all your need but after doing some research I own 2 keyboards (first one was ruined due heavy liquid damage wink wink) and headphones with a mouse. All devices simply works.
