Had to RMA a keyboard from them last year, which was a nightmare in itself. Shane in particular was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Replacement keyboard has also developed a fault. Poor QC and poor PR. Avoid.

I've had hyperx products in the past and they never seem to last so I had bought the hyper cloud x2s it it lasted maybe a month or so before it stopped working and on very gentle with it and it just sits on my desk. Decided to get a cheaper one. The hyper cloud stinger it the right ear went out in the few months I had it and I contact customer support and it took them months to reply to me and when they finally did thy never sent me the instructions waiting 2 weeks. Then they expect me to pay shipping and get my credit card charged. If you value your time and money I would look elsewhere. Terrible. Terrible customer service. Willnot be buying from them again.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced, absolutely no human replies and completely unhelpful. Help my money for 12 days before telling me the item I purchased was out of stock.

I was a loyal customer. So its astonishing they wont even work with you. or honor their deals online. As i was trying to check out the price for the item on sale went back to normal price. I called them about the issue and there was nothing they could do about it apparently. It just takes a click of a button. Anyway, so much for customer service. The supervisor cant even find time to call you. Way to keep your customers.

bad customer support and bad software only can be downloaded from microsoft store never again

Hyperx cloud 2 headset, for something that cost £80 I'd expect a decent solder job, but sadly after a few months the wire came away from the jack. Customer support say they don't cover physical damage and refuse to budge on that stance. So expect any defect to be blamed on how you use their products. I've tried asking for a wiring diagram so I can do the solder job myself, won't be holding my breath though.
