Email flooding and terrible non existing support
These guys are all about FLOODING your mailbox. When you try to unsubscribe by clicking the link they provide, you get this message: "Warning – Visiting this website may harm your computer." I sent them an email asking you to unsubscribe me from your newsletter. Not only did they never answer, but they didn't unsubscribe me at all, so their flood of emails kept pouring in. I had to add them to the spam list. And now they're answering the Trustpilot review EIGHT months later. Come on!!

Hi, sorry if the emails felt like too much. We checked that unsubscribe link, and it's secure and working normally across multiple browsers. I actually handle every removal request personally, and I couldn't find one from you in our records. It may have come from a different email address, or it may never have reached us. Either way, the unsubscribe link works, but you can always send it to [email protected], and I'll take you off the list myself. That said, you're right that 8 months is too long. We only recently claimed this page, so sorry you were left waiting. Again, we have no record of your email request, but either way, marking our emails as spam takes you off the list, so you won't hear from us again.
