Hydromate is an excellent reminder to stay hydrated and keep yourself accountable of ones water intake. Most of us are guilty of not drinking enough water daily like we should be doing. We could all do better on our personal water consumption for our own bodies. Hydromate does just that for me. I fill my gallon jug up before bed, and when I wake up the next day, the clock starts ticking. My jug reminds me of where my water intake should be at a certain time of the day. I understand drinking a gallon of water a day can be hard, but the jug is a fun push to help you strive to finish it. Everyone should stay hydrated with Hydromate!!

This bottle is the best thing I ever bought. It’s helping me a lot. It was difficult to me to drink the correct onces of water at the day but this help me a lot and for the gym.
