For me the time stamps that are on the bottle helps me replenish myself more, keeping me from sodas. Great for walks and working out with kids in a sizable container that can last you a whole workout without worrying about refilling.

I love HydroMate, it keeps me to stay hydrated. I really like this product, I was thinking I bought the gallon but I got the 64oz instead which it was fine for me either way. I love how it reminds you throughout the day and especially during the evenings it's always by my side. I love the colours, I got the pink/turquoise one and the lettering is very nice. It really makes drinking water fun. They are quick to respond on Instagram and they love tagging people in their stories to help promote drinking more water. Thanks HydroMate!
