This company does not stand behind their product and is ok with putting their customers in danger. I was so excited to receive one of their glass water bottles as a gift, as it was something I had asked for. When I opened the bottle for the first time I noticed right away that there were tiny pieces of glass all over the inside walls of the bottle. There were hundreds. I contacted the company and was basically told it was not their problem and to wash the glass out. No matter how many times I washed it, I still felt little pieces of glass on the inside of the bottle. They refused to replace the bottle for me (even though I offered to pay to shop this one back for them to look at) and the customer service was awful. Jessica was very rude and dismissive and seemed perfectly ok with me drinking glass. I have never dealt with a company that has been this rude, dismissive, and irresponsible.

Junk! These letters peeled in weeks and customer service essentially said it was my fault for using hand sanitizer or creams. Except I don't. Also avoiding these products isn't posted ANYWHERE on their site. They recently started deleting my negative reviews from their FB page and blocked me from commenting. If they think I'm going to let this go they are very very wrong. Notice all the good reviews say invited. These are people who received the bottle for free and were asked to write a good review.

Okay product but AWFUL customer service. Plenty of companies that offer similar products.

Just bought 3 Hydromate 2 large and 1 medium size. The large ones are very cumbersome, and heavy to drink out of. I only opened the 1 large one. I wrote company saying I wanted to return the one I didn't open, they don't care I am unhappy they don't take any returns. Won't buy from them again

Customer service is horrible! Product is decent, in regards to, quality. Just don't have any issues b/c they do nothing to resolve them. Save yourself the time and trouble.
