I haven’t had my bottle for a year and I’ve noticed staining even after cleaning after every use. Turns out there’s mold growing in my bottle! Underneath all of the lining! Please be careful!

I received defective water bottles in the mail and the company only offered a partial refund. The straw didn’t generate water because there was no hole on one of the ends. The company representative sent an instruction video on how to use the water bottle which made no sense. The other bottle had a big dent in the front. I sold both bottles to a co-worker who was willing to repair the bottles and use them. From this experience, I no longer respond to merchants through social media. This company ought to be a shame of themselves for refusing to give a full refund on defective merchandise.

Bought this water bottle. Lasted only 3 weeks until the straw broke. I contacted customer service and they said I would need to purchase another cap. Even though the cap was inexpensive, it's the point. They should stand by their product, which they don't.... which is probably because it's garbage.

I am almost certain all the good reviews about hydromate are from people who were paid for their review. I did my homework on ordering quality water bottles and I was sold by everything I read and it is all lies. These are cheap and low quality. And even with the insulation bag they don't keep it cold. These water jugs actually make me miserable so I'm not even going to use them. Just an expensive piece of trash and I was stupid and ordered 2 of them. There are way better quality bottles and jugs available for cheaper so don't be fooled by the phony reviews. Everything that these claim is false and they don't accept returns when ordering directly from their site. I am addicted to water bottles and I promise these are the worst ever! I'm so disappointed and would never suggest that anyone get these hydromate motivational jugs.

I ordered the Hydro Mate gallon jug and was excited. However, every time I lift the straw water shoots out like a volcano exploding. Save your money!!

I bought my 64 oz water bottle in January 2021, it's now end of March 2021 and it is cracked on both seams at the top and leaks all over. I did not drop it, put it in the fridge or freezer as recommended, and I have always hand washed it. I emailed customer service and all they did was offer 15% off on a new one but why would I buy a new one when this one was crap.

I ordered a water bottle as a gift for my friend. When she received it, there were tiny pieces of glass all over the inside of the water bottle. We contacted the company via email (there is no phone number) and the response from Jessica was sarcastic, rude, and dismissive. She claimed it was not their problem and refused to replace the water bottle. These products are unsafe and the company does not stand behind their product.
