This company is THE best. That’s it - not one but the BEST. I just wanted to say I love these bottles, I am in the process of losing weight and have to hit my water intact everyday, 1 gallon per day. This bottle makes it easy and very efficient to be able to hit that mark everyday! I love the straw especially!!!!!!!! Makes drinking way easier !!!!! I can keep it in my lap and sip from as I please while at work, at the gym or doing my everyday for tasks . It is very affordable, as I have shopped around and saw gallon water bottles from $25 to $60. These are cheap and very sturdy! I had to buy two more because my boyfriend stole my black on I bough previously 😭 and my clear one broke when I accidentally dropped it down a flight of stair! It only had a small crack in it which made the water leak out . Other than that I used them for months and loved these bottles. They are super fun and cute!!! I love these bottles and wouldn’t use any other company ! The most important feed back I can provide is: Your bottles keep the water tasting fine, MOST (if not all, and I have tried MANY) alter the taste of water after about 2-4 hours later, making it taste VERY “plasticy “🤮. Thank you for providing top quality bottles, as I have gotten friends and people in my gym to order from your company as I always say very good things since it is true. I wouldn’t go by any other brand for bottles but yours!! It is very safe to order through them. As I have ordered twice so far in 2020 . I love my 32 oz bottle. It has motivated me to drink water and it's so pretty. I have the Frost purple that fades to Frost mint one. I bought my uncle and Fíance one and I bought myself the frost pink one the other day.

This is my 3 hydromate. I have 2 1 gallons and 1 half gallon. I love them all! My most recent addition is the pink turquoise frost gallon. I get many complements on my jug. I recent had an issue with the deal in the straw and Jessica was awesome and got back to me super fast and resolved my issue! I have never seen such great customer service.

Fantastic item and the best customer service. I had a question and Jessica got back to me very quickly with a helpful response and even a video linked. I highly recommend this product and you can feel assured the customer service will be tops if you have any questions

I love this bottle/jug already. the customer service is great too. i received a bottle that was cracked, contacted them and within minutes, they sent me a new one free of charge with no questions asked. easy to carry around

Well, first of all, I love the color of my new Hydromate! I’m glad I bought this, I’m usually terrible when it comes to drinking my daily amount of water but this makes it much easier and you feel a sense of accomplishment. ALSO, my Hydromate came with a small dent in the handle, no big deal, but i sent a photo to customer service; they responded telling me they have just shipped a second gallon! I appreciate the excellent customer service. Thanks!
