I highly recommend the Hydrobottle...My bottle was leaking a little and then it cracked. I wrote to the company. They have excellent customer service! They sent me a replacement right away without question. I have stage two chronic kidney disease and I also get many kidney stones (9 surgeries in the past 10 years). The very next day after drinking my hyrdo water I felt so much better! I didn't feel bloating or pain. I am so happy I found this company and this bottle. They don't have a phone number but they get back to you right away through email. I've been doing much research and also talked to my doctor about drinking hydrogen water. It's not just good for your kidneys. It's good for inflammation and many other things. I highly recommend drinking it and getting the bottle from this company. Thanks so much, Hydrobottle!

Although, I am yet to use this product. I am giving this company a 4 star only because one of the two items arrived broken. They responded quickly once I notified them and they immediately sent me a replacement.

I really enjoyed my hydro water bottle. I purchased the sipping lid and sling for the Hydroh bottle as well! The water was refreshing, I truly noticed a difference! I accidentally shattered my bottle when I dropped it while it was in the sling that was fitted for it! The bottle shattered on our bathroom tile flooring. I reached out to the company and told them what had happened and they sent an immediate replacement for me! I was beyond excited, WOW what a great company!! I can’t recommend them enough!!!
