Horrible customer service and communication. You can buy into their program, but good luck getting them to help you with anything.

I’m trying to on board as a nurse and I’m having no communication with what I need to do to get over this next point

Beware of eager recruiters saying “you can work anywhere you’re licensed” It’s a 15 mile radius. You can only work in the state you live in. Anything else requires special permission. Indiana made mobile medspa services illegal as of 7-1-26. No phone numbers to speak to anyone; only emails. Lots of condescending webinars and auto reply emails. In a meeting, a marketing representative stated “A nurse emailed me, Alexa D, to ask how to insert an IV…yeah I’ll let the rest of you sit in silence like I did.” Thank you for your professionalism and making the attitude of administration clear. If you are considering Hydreight, make a list of questions, make an appointment with someone who IS NOT a recruiter, and record the conversation because they are recording you as soon as you download the app or use the software.

I have to say that I believe the policy of this company is to sign people up and then avoid those people at all costs. You were told that you get access to orders pharmacy, inventory, business, success, platform, assistance, etc. And are given email addresses, but when you send an email you are meant with resistance and told to go back to your FAQs and figure it out for yourself. There is no sense of wanting to support the people that they have out there in the field. It takes 8 to 10 outreaches and sometimes over a week to even get a response that makes sense and that usually doesn’t answer your question at that point either. The vitamins required to provide the IVs have been sold out in one form or another but mostly over 50% of what I need has been sold out during the last 12 months and I have lost a ton of potential clients because of not having any stock. They don’t mention that when you need to use a different pharmacy ( end of these there are only a couple that you’re allowed to use ) prices and shipping may go up causing you to have no profit for yourself when you do deliver an IV. I have heard people told on calls that they get out of it what they put into it however we all pay the same membership fee and whether we reach out once a month or once a week or once an hour we deserve helpful responses. I am looking for alternatives to Hydreight.

The company was unable to provide the “Dream Bundle Package” as advertised as part of my sign-up offer (they gave me a "credit" for the unavailable products) due to a product shortage that has persisted for several months and does not appear to be resolved anytime soon. Throughout this process, my inquiries regarding the supply shortage were not clearly addressed. Additionally, my application to purchase from an alternative supplier has been pending for several weeks, with the only update provided being that it is “processing.” To date, I have not received a direct explanation, estimated timeline, or practical solution to the issues presented. Furthermore, the booking link provided for my clients to view and schedule my services appears very unprofessional and overly minimalistic, especially in contrast to the quality and presentation of their Hydreight page. It gives the impression that minimal effort was invested in its development, which reflects poorly on my business. Overall, I am very disappointed with the lack of transparency, urgency, and support. I had significantly higher expectations regarding communication, professionalism, and problem resolution. I hope the company improves transparency and responsiveness for current and future clients.
