Answered questions but dislike that if you send the question to the incorrect department you’re told it’s the wrong department instead of them telling you and forwarding you to the right department. It’s a big waste of time on both ends. Dislike response time as well. It’s difficult enough starting a business and much more with lack of timely support or one person who can you report to the right places

the app is horible
the app is horible! you really need to do something about the app. It is non-stop freezing. I have to turn off/on my phone multiple times.

I’m in between 3-4
I’m in between 3-4. I think communication fades once people buy in- and don’t get me wrong I think a lot of people assume it’s all set up and ready to go for them- no it takes work to get YOUR business going- however some things are beyond the business owners control and are on the platform/vendors/app etc and the communication surrounding those things is lacking- I also think there needs to be better app integration- there should be a desktop version- to make charting easier. It needs to be communicated that providers are 3rd party and 7a-12a is not necessarily accurate but it “can” be during those hours. I think the idea and the company is a solid one it just needs some tweaks

As a nurse there is alot of positive…
As a nurse there is alot of positive but the APP is very frustrating and training is very frustrating and condescending. I wish there was a real liver person you can talk things through but not the ones you currently have who know very little There is so much potential here but lots of room for improvement

I am still waiting on basic necessary medications to be able to start. I'm glad I didn’t take the plunge and decide to quit my steady job. I missed out on someone needing an IV yesterday because I still dont have epi for my emergency kit.

What I like is that the onboarding…
What I like is that the onboarding team, pharmacy, and support in the app are very responsive. What I dislike is that, they are not transparent with medical director contact and information. Being new to this business that’s part of our biggest anxiety. The most I have gotten so far is the medical directors Names per state of your business.

Overall review
I used this company when I was first starting my med spa, especially since I was having a hard time finding a medical director. It definitely helped me get up and running.
The pharmacy itself is decent and shipping is usually pretty quick, but they are out of stock on a lot of the main vitamins way too often, which gets frustrating when you’re trying to keep things consistent for patients.
The platform is another issue. They have an app and a back office you can log into on your laptop, but neither is very user-friendly. There are a lot of bugs—it freezes and gets stuck often—and both my clients and I have had repeated issues using it. One of the most frustrating things is that if you log in on your phone, it will automatically log you out on your computer and vice versa.
Customer support is probably the most frustrating part. There’s no phone number, so you can’t call anyone—you have to email support every single time something goes wrong. Sometimes they respond the same day, but other times it takes 1–2 days. I’ve also had tickets closed before my issue was fully resolved or completely answered, which is really frustrating. Responses are usually very short—sometimes just one line—and the communication often feels rushed, like they’re trying to close the ticket quickly rather than fully address the problem.
The biggest downside for me is pricing. You have to mark your services up pretty high just to make a solid profit, but you also don’t want to jack your prices up too high—you want to stay within range of nearby med spas. If you price too high, you won’t get any clients. For example, I charged $400 for a Month 3 weight loss dose and only made about $250–$275, which isn’t terrible but not great considering overhead.
Their payment system is outdated—you get paid by check, and you have to print it and physically take it to the bank. No direct deposit, which is inconvenient. On top of that, you only get paid on Tuesdays and Fridays if you’ve requested a payout—you don’t get paid at the end of each day like I initially expected.
Another major thing to be aware of is the contract. It cost around $2,000–$4,000 (I can’t remember exactly) and I financed it through Klarna, so obviously there’s interest. You’re typically locked into a year, and it’s not easy to get out of it. You have to submit a cancellation request within a very specific 30-day window before your renewal date. If you submit it too early, they may push it back and mention potential legal escalation.
Overall, it’s not a bad option if you’re just starting out and need something to get going, but there are definitely limitations and frustrations you should be aware of before committing.

Vitamin Availability
My biggest issue is most of the vitamins I need are almost always out of stock. I cannot order from Olympia due to being located in Louisiana. If the medications would be readily available to order, I would have no issues.
