Great service! I ordered a replacement display board for my treadmill on Saturday, it was shipped on Monday and delivered on Wednesday. I just finished swapping the board out and my treadmill is fully functional again!

Very poor customer service. ☹ Takes a very long time for them to respond. See other reviews where they placed the blame on us customers. 🤨 From their reply they tell me they're getting tons of messages from customers. Yep I believe that because they are so shady!

Terrible company! They have the WORST customer service with horrible employees. They will take forever to respond and will make false promises. There are many businesses to get parts from... do not use this one!

Don’t buy from this company! They don’t stand behind their promises. This is a Terrible unreliable company who sell products that don’t work & has horrible customer service. We purchased an item from here which cost $600 & it only lasted a little over a month. When I called the hydra fitness exchange about the product that didn’t work he made promises to call me back to resolve issue but he didn’t call back so when I called back he claimed i hadn’t called them to inform them of the issue & he could not help me in any way. A very poor run company with no customer service.?Don’t buy from them!
