The shipping experience was less than…
The shipping experience was less than spectacular. In general, I was able to get the same filter from China in 2 weeks; it took Hydrafill 7 weeks to deliver the filter. I ordered it 12/8/2025 and received it 1/28/2026.

Bad choice of shipping method
I am very pleased with the employees of the company. They were very helpful in determining the correct product I needed. I am not pleased with the shipping method they chose. It is UPS Ground SAVER, which ended up being only the USPS. There were no tracking updates, and it showed the package was never picked up. Any shipping method involving the USPS should never be used,
