Needed a prescription filled New Years day. Checked two national drug chains and the Hy Vee website and Hy Vee was the only website that showed no change in hours on New Years Eve and New Years day. Checked and the Hy Vee pharmacy was closed so filled presription at national store. Odd that HyVee was the only company that did not update website to accurately state holiday hours.

Really believe this crappy company needs to change their sayings OR CHANGE THE PEOPLE RUNNING THE DIFFERENT STORES, out of all the Hy-Vees in my area the one on airport Rd in Des Moines ia doesn't have Christmas lights but every other one does AND THIS JERK OF A STORE MANAGER HAS HIRED PEOPLE WHO DON'T HAVE THE PROPER REQUIREMENTS, BUT GUESS IT'S HIS WAY OR NO WAY ,SEE THE EMPLOYEES ARE SCARED OF THE MANAGEMENT TEAM AND THAT'S REALLY TERRIBLE, but no matter what you say this company doesn't care how many great people they lose as customers or employees, because they don't know what or how to be a real person, really terrible listening to these people talk about how much they dislike the management team and how scared they make them feel talking down to them, including the slow people, this store on airport Rd is THE WORST STORE EVERY I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN, SUCHSTUPIDITY SHOWN BY THE MANAGEMENT THERE. Sorry you can't do what's right but guess you're store managers DON'T LIE OR STEAL, MAYBE YOU SHOULD BE MORE ON THIS SEEN MANY MANAGERS WHO ARE LIAR'S AND THEIVES GOODBYE AND KARMA'S GOING TO GET YOU AND YOUR JERKS MANAGEMENT TEAM WHO DON'T KNOW WHAT A REAL MANAGER IS

Very bad customer service, in the dinner department. I have went there the last 3 weeks for the Tenderloin dinners. Every time have been there the food is always cold, and not fresh tasting like in the past. The 2 young women there are very rude. Also, they don't treat the helper that cooks in the back area well. I tried 3 weeks to give the workers there a chance with the service,and food quality and it has got worse. Will not go back in that department. If I see those employees again, I will not shop there anymore. I will go to Henhouse in Corinth Square!!!!Shame on you State Line Hyvee!!!

Every year I run into some kind of problem on Hy-Vee's website. I get a gift card for a relative from here every Christmas, and inevitably I face some kind of glitch on their website. First was getting into my account. I followed the prompts to get a password reset. Unfortunately I never received an email from them to update my password. So I resorted to opening a new account under a different email. Then upon checking out, I wanted to revise the address I was having it mailed to. When I went to make some changes, the changes never saved or updated on my order. Not to mention it has sometimes taken over a month for the gift card to be delivered. We are in 2023 and building a responsive website is not rocket science. It will be a miracle if my relative receives their gift card this year. If I had any other choice, I would not give Hy-Vee my business, but it's the only grocery store my relatives shop at... so here we are.

If you're an Instacart Shopper at this 156th and West Maple Road store #10 Hy-Vee in Omaha, Nebraska, you may be treated like a suspicious criminal. Sometimes security or an off-duty police officer will stand watch over you - which is quite demeaning, unprofessional and downright rude - certainly at the direction of bad management. Store#10 Hy-Vee management seems to forget, or more likely never cared a darn, that the Instacart Shopper, who underwent a criminal background check which is regularly repeated - is a key factor in Hy-Vee's profitability! Still, despite the third party contractor's integral profit-making role for the store, having officers or security watch an IC Shopper at checkout and sometimes throughout the store - demonstrates Management's view that third party grocery shoppers / deliverers do not deserve trust, respect or dignity, in my humble opinion. Management there received a formal complaint regarding this matter of concern! It's on the record.

Went to 90th and West Center Road tried to pick up some pop no clerks at the counter to check you out and self-surface was shut down they had Starbucks running the show what a joke I had to go to them to buy the groceries and then I didn't buy them cuz they were rude I wouldn't go there again for nothing

Paid top dollar for sweet corn that was NOT sweet. Overpriced is one thing. Might have almost been worth it had it been GOOD corn. Now it isn't the stores fault that our food supply is lacking in nutrients and taste. But it is their fault for expecting top dollar for subpar.
