They're excellent
They're excellent. Shipping was fast and accurate. I had ordered the wrong thing, and they offered to send me the correct thing with the next day's mail. I decided against it, but it was unbelievably kind.

I’d marked my purchase as a gift, and the owner personally emailed me to ask if I wanted him to use special gift paper and to include a message! This was such a sweet touch to an excellent online shopping experience. I will always as go to HWE for my stationery needs :)

Ordered two Bindewerk linen notebooks and they came quickly, wrapped securely in a few layers of packaging. The notebooks were also enclosed in their pristine Bindewerk plastic wrap. I appreciated the personal note from the person who put my package together and wrapped the notebooks in thoughtful kraft paper and twine. Thank you for carrying these notebooks! It's been tough to find these from other US retailers.

Recieved all of my items but what stood out to me was how they were gift wrapped and saw the cute notes, like how that one pen I got was handsome and smooth! It might be a small gesture, but it really made my day, thank you! Your words won't go unnoticed and I hope to support your small business in the near future!

I ordered a few notebooks online and they didn't quite have the inventory to fulfill the order. They communicated immediately and sent me the same thing in a different color. I am pleased.
