The site said my order was eligible for free shipping but kept adding it in the cart. I contacted them but never received a response. The reason I went through with the purchase anyway is because they had a limited amount of discontinued notebooks I wanted on sale.

Hi, I am not happy about the shipping process and how long it takes. I have missed my daughter's birthday party surprise. I recommend considering a new shipping company. I ordered a second gift from Amazon and receive it the day before her BP. Many thanks and have a good day
