The gel pens I ordered arrived well-packed. However, one of the pens I received was the wrong color, and while I did reach out to HWE customer service, I have yet to hear back. Some of the ink levels were also a bit less than I was expecting of brand new pens.

Packaging was very nice and items were well presented. This subscription did not wow me, mostly because I do not ever use dot grid or grid notebooks. It would be nice if the subscription could be somewhat customizable, with the opportunity to choose types of notebooks or journals. Because there were many things I didn’t use, the subscription wasn’t a good value for me.

Hi Pat, I'm sorry your experience with us didn't meet your expectations. I believe we addressed this issue via email a week or so ago. The pen you ordered was defined in the item description as "Fine 0.3 mm". We don't carry the extra-fine 0.1 mm variant, and didn't receive any specific request for an extra-fine variant. There was no option for this product on our website. If we had we received a request for it, we would have informed you of this. We would be happy to arrange a product return as we had previously offered. We strive to ensure every customer is happy with their orders, and know misunderstandings can occur.
