This is my new pencil-and-pen-and-other-suchlike-stuff shop! I wanted a Worther Shorty in Red and couldn't find one until I looked here! It arrived pretty quickly, and it was wrapped up in a Cute Little Parcel tied with String and there were two Starburst Candies and a handwritten thank-you note and I ask you: Does It Get Any Better Than This?

HWE Stationary had the mechanical pencils I was looking for. The Worther Shorty 3.2 mm Clutch Pencil, and in all the colors! The company is in the U.S. so shipping was quick. The only other source was from European sellers, at a greater cost and shipping time, and they were out of most colors. Good deal!

The service was excellent. The package arrived on time and in good order. The items within were exactly as ordered. I will order from HWE again. Good wrapping to protect the contents of the package while in transit.

Packaging was very nice and items were well presented. This subscription did not wow me, mostly because I do not ever use dot grid or grid notebooks. It would be nice if the subscription could be somewhat customizable, with the opportunity to choose types of notebooks or journals. Because there were many things I didn’t use, the subscription wasn’t a good value for me.

Love this place! The package was shipped, but it said it was delivered a day before it actually came and I was afraid it was stolen- I think thats a usps thing though!

Over the past year obviously everyone has taken to internet shopping but I have always had bad luck ordering products, I always get the wrong thing or it wasn't what I expected, terrible customer service or the order comes damaged. Opening your package made my day. Not only was it packed with care it was personalized and pretty. Above and beyond. Thanks to the whole team and Cindy particularly, I assume she packed my order from the lovely note on invoice. I will definitely be returning for my futu writing needs. Rachael Glon
