I just signed up with y’all no reason to put my account on hold cause y’all don’t have a working Face ID and have quick balance not bring up Face ID your bank is mid and I can’t wait to switch out. Y’all need to get sued.

They are terrible refuse to direct deposit my disability check late causing late fees etc they are horrible the only bank that lies about early pay Cash App is better do not bank of if u want an early pay it will not be early in fact it will never come early don’t waste ur time customer service rep lied to me and said they would give me a provisional credit transfer me to someone that didn’t know anything and told me she can’t help me and now my daughter has to be without a cake today for her birthday this broke me down in more ways than they know I’m done canceling my account going back to Pnc !!

They basically are trash they hold my deposits even though they say that they will be available the next business day they don’t I think they try to still your money and think you won’t notice . The customer service reps don’t know what there doing at all this bank needs to be closed down

This company is a big dumb giant. I have never had a bank make it so difficult to make a payment. The huntington app can never verify my account then when I call them its tons of dumb questions. Make your app work huntington bank im tired of your call center.

Huntington bank branch on Ford Road and Canton Center road, Canton ,MI is worst than any other Bank. Very rude and unprofessional tellers and manager. Management needs to weed out.

My son has tried to make his very first car payment multiple times. We never received the welcome package. He made the first car payment by calling in and getting his account number. He made his payment on time and paid additional on his principal. He received a confirmation number. 5 days later the money was still sitting in his account. When we call to ask why the rep told us we had given a debit account and that could not be used. I made the payment using my checking account but at that time the banker would not waive the $21 late fee or the $50 return fee. The initial payment had to process first and then they would talk about removing the other fees. That representative told us they would send another welcome package. Six days later we just received a letter in the mail stating his payment was past due. When we called to get it straight and ask why we can get a late fee letter but not a welcome package, the rep, Janelli, said they don't mail second welcome packages. She asked my son for permission to speak with me on his behalf on this account. He gave permission and yet she continued to have to hear from him on everything that I tried to discuss. I wish my son did not have to deal with Huntington Bank as his first loan experience. I would not recommend anyone deal with them. I will certainly go by the car dealership and let them know of our experience.

Business and ACH services are not up to par. Backup payment methods on accounts had to be used because the bank seems to randomly block transactions. This has a great and tedious effect on bookkeeping. The ACH system is worse than the bank they bought out with no clear reports showing future scheduled recurring transactions. The local office people are amazing. The bank product and system itself leaves much to be desired. I’m closing my accounts the next chance I get.

Their reversal forced my account into a negative balance of $392, and Huntington then used my own funds to offset the reversal. This action directly restricted my access to my own money. I was forced to transfer funds from my Huntington savings account to my account at another bank simply to maintain basic financial stability. If I did not have a second bank account, Huntington’s mishandling would have left me unable to use my own funds. The issue is not a simple disagreement — it is a procedural failure. Huntington did not follow federally mandated dispute‑resolution requirements, did not review the evidence I provided, and did not communicate any findings. Their conduct reflects a breakdown in internal controls and a disregard for the financial impact their decisions have on customers. Consumers should be aware that Huntington Bank may reverse credits without proper investigation, fail to provide required documentation, and leave customers financially exposed. My experience shows a pattern of negligence that raises serious concerns about how Huntington handles disputes and protects its customers.
