I can’t believe what a low review score Huntington has!!! I have had a personal account for years. Great experience. Opened up a business account and was told exactly this- you will receive a $250 rebate for signing up to accept credit cards- at $14.95 a month it will pay for itself first year. Logged in this morning and $172 gone from my account. Called to ask about it and Becca told me it was disclosed in the contract!!! What!!! No it wasnt!!! Becca also told me that I was welcome to close my account. With employees like Becca- well… do better Huntington. Steer clear. Not the same bank as I started with years ago.

Avoid the branch manager Teresa at the Glenview branch at 1441 Waukegan Rd. She is wholly incompetent and often lacks basic bank policy understanding. Even worse, she shoots from the hip based on misinformation without checking the facts. Very malicious and dysfunctional person you want to stay away from. We have reported her to the upper management and others experiencing her unprofessionalism and misdeeds should also do the same.

Can't even pay my home equity loan at Huntington online, what a joke. Never should have gotten this loan at such a difficult place

I am very disappointed with Huntington Bank! I’ve had a checking account in at HNB, Springfield OH since 1992. The Bechtle Avenue branch is the one I use because it is closer to my home than any other. They have closed this branch which leaves other branches further away from my home. So, I went to the W. North Street bank yesterday and I waited in line for 15 minutes. I had an appointment so had to leave. The fellow in line in front of me said he’d been waiting 20 minutes. There were 3 tellers. I returned there this morning, Saturday, and they were closed! Why would a bank close a branch and not have the downtown bank open on Saturdays? I’ve heard many others complain as well. In the past, we had money in a savings account and moved it to 5th 3rd. We will be closing our account soon and going to 5th 3rd which is located on Bechtle Avenue and much closer to our home. You need to care about your customers!

To long to go into bottom line is this bank has been nothing but a nightmare over $1600 that has totally screwed me out of.

The worse bank to take a loan with. I switch address from one state to another and Huntington wouldn’t approve the move to the DMV request resulting in my plates being suspended. 2 months later and they still don’t give a crap. I’ll never do business again with them. Worse bank

Cadience Bank was purchased by Huntington Bank. Tried to make a deposit into our business account. The check was not made payable to how it is exactly on our account and they would not deposit it. No grace period, no warning...just wouldn't deposit the check. Was told to have our customers make their checks out to CASH and then we can deposit them. Who in their right mind would send a check to a business made out to CASH? Isn't that why we have business names? The pay to the order was at least similar and had most of it correct. She absolutely refused. How are we supposed to run our business if we cant put money in our account? We will be moving all of our accounts tomorrow. Almost a million dollar customer. You lose Huntington. Be better than you claim to be.

I wish I could give minus 100 stars. This is not a bank; it is a disgusting operation run by incompetent and careless people. I wish I had never heard of their name. I made a mistake by taking out a car loan from this place. I paid off my loan, but they didn't release my lien for 2 months. They sent my title to the wrong address in the wrong state. OVERALL TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY ENEMIES! STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A PEACE OF MIND!
