Is there any way I can give them 0 stars? I had an account with TCF before they merged. When I heard about the merger, I withdrew all my money from the account and transferred to another bank. Now Huntington says I'm over drafted by $385. I never had an account with them and when I ask for an accounting they don't respond. Their website is useless. Any correspondence with them is ignored.

Huntington Bank is not totally honest. I am suppose to have a "free" checking account yet I receive a monthly fee. And it is suppose to be interest earning. Last month my interest was $0.06. That is an insult. Also, there personel are not always polite, especially if you dont use the inside tellers regularly. I am currently looking for another bank.

If you have an account with Huntington I’d suggest you start adding up all your transactions. I was looking at my boyfriends account while budgeting and noticed that something wasn’t adding up. He gets paid weekly so I added up all the transactions after his paycheck and couldn’t find $276. There was $276 missing after just 1 week. We went back 1 month and found out there’s over $800 missing. Pay close attention to your account

Highly suggest for everyone to stay away from this bank. After paying off my car loan they will still not release the lien to my car title. I've spent hours being transferred around and even though my car loan was fully paid off they can't get someone to release my lien from over a year ago. My loan was paid off more than 1 year ago they will not help you resolve this issue. They will continue to give you different information that contradicts themselves from each representative on the process yet no one actually can provide me with a letter of lien release even though it's fully paid off (might I add over a year ago). Still waiting for them to get back to me now. This is absurd of how poor their customer service is. This is very shady practice as I am now in need of a letter to release my lien and they won't even help me with that. Instead they just tell me to keep waiting. The very first representative I spoke with said it would be done with 3 business days and now they tell me I've got to wait another 3 weeks. After asking for a supervisor to help resolve an issue they will either just transfer you to a voicemail with no one to call you back or disconnect the call. Such a dishonest company and recommend everyone to stay way from them.

Awful experience!!! Top notch sleeze! When your Wife is robbed, count on them filling their pockets with it! Not to mention we were ready to transition the account into a business account, go figure. Eh, at least we learned now before we had too much money involved with them. Good luck with shades!

I wanted to update Huntingdon account,due to eliminating the landline here.I called Huntingdon's number early am,only to receive a message saying someone would call me back.Idid not have to wait long,but was on the line over 10 minutes to be told I would have to contact my local Huntingdon to update with my new phone number.Why didn't the rep tell me that in the first place? She wanted to call the eliminated number(ridiculous,right?)with a code. She had me on hold twice and was not able to help me.Honestly,give your customers an opportunity to speak to someone from the US,as I was not able to fully understand the rep.Ten minutes of my day wasted and I still have to call Huntingdon and visit the bank,which is NOT right down the street.

This is a review of bad employee only : Huntington has been exceptional over the years …. This “SalesMan” calls you up : tells you there is a problem w/your accounts … only to find he’s just trying to sell Bank Products. Feel he is a Stain on bank and all legit Sales People who have enough faith in product to be be honest / up front ! A sad Order Taker -

I refinanced my home (that was financed by Huntington) to lower the interest rate. Even though I was already financed through them and had far more savings with them than the amount I was refinancing, it was as if they had no idea who I was. Everything began from scratch. The process took over 5 weeks from beginning to end. Now I receive much junk mail asking me to take out mortgage insurance and or apply for personal loans. I would not recommend Huntington Bank to anyone...
