The bank stole 400$ out of my account and when I called them about it, they said it was reconciliation, and something was filed against it but won’t give me details, even though I have an opt out debit card, and have never bought something I couldn’t afford, they even managed to get my account below $0 even though the way my account is set up, it’s not supposed to be possible.

Didn't pay my escrowed property taxes on time. Now I can't write the cost off on my business taxes. This just cost me some money!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Bad banking experience. Apparently I was not using there back enough so they decided to take my money I had in the account.

I have to call and deal with Huntington Bank every three months or so for different reasons. They didn't pay my taxes or insurance once, even though the money was escrowed. The most recent thing was not receiving my proof of insurance, even though my insurance agent sent it to them several times. They put force placed insurance on my house, then I called three times and finally got them to remove it. They charged me for an increase in escrow, even though it was removed, charged me a late fee and reported me as 30 days late to the credit bureau, all for money I did not owe. Something like this happens once every three months. They are an absolute nightmare to deal with.

They let a creditor take my SSI which is against the law even if court ordered. This is what I live on. This creditor is not government or student loan so no reason for this. I'm not happy with this bank either. They jerk you around with that stand by cash. This is a joke too. Between my son and I we always paid it on time and in full then they set up different rules and take it away.

Huntington Bank is the absolute worst fricking bank I have ever had. OMG! I've been dealing with fraud charges on my account. Trying to get ahold of anyone is an absolute nightmare. You can't call the site. which is the most frustrating thing with such a major issue. I filed a dispute and thy froze that account and had me open a whole new account and start over. Cool cool cool. Well I can't close that account while they're in the middle of a dispute and now paycheck is in there and locked as well. I have no accessible money at the moment other than money I receive via Venmo. They said this would take up to 14 days to investigate. It's officially been 2 weeks, and I've had no word. And I can't call anyone. I have to schedule a call time. This is an emergency!!! Even if they do get this issue resolved, It could take over a month to get my money back! That is way too long!!!!! I can not WAIT to get a new bank and never look back. I have had it with this company. Like forreal!!!!

Paid off my truck loan. Spent over an hour on the phone with customer service (2 different days) trying to get a satisfaction letter so I could my title. We are now 2 weeks past when I paid off the loan and I still don’t have a letter. Wait 7 business days, wait another 5 business days, and then they will think about sending it to me via US Post. Office. This could have handled with a simple email. I wasn’t asking for their personal birth certificate…..just a simple letter that says I paid off my truck. Stay away from this bank!!!!!!!

Very bad customer service in all of their branches the tellers are very slow and they are not knowledgeable and their managers too I closed all of my personal, business, saving, and merchant account No help they're very rude Don't deal with this bank always there's a hidden fees bad customer service
