My customer service experience was ok until the teller introduced me to the Bank member Abe that would take my information and establish my new account. When I decided not interested in CD and New credit card applications. I was told I get on his nerves and ask to many questions. When I reentered how because he's doing all the talking? If you not happy with the field you chose you may need to pick another profession. He then tried to apologize by saying he had a headache. Worst experience ever.!!! I would Not recommend Hunting Bank on Belmont Ave. Liberty ohio. Teller service was 7 on a scale from 1-10. Read your reviews before you make any decisions. 🤬🤬🤬

I originally had three checks going into my Huntington account. I had a Standby cash allowence of $500 which was nice. I changed one of my checks to another bank because of the convenience. They dropped me down to $250 which I thought was fine. Then recently they blocked any withdrawals till I paid my balance in full. So I did now they have changed it to only allowing me to withdraw $100. Really?? They change the rules and regulations constantly. My bank balance has been the same for months now...this is stupid and all the fees they charge is awful!! I am finding a different bank ASAP.

They operate just like TCF Bank which they purchased, TCF Bank. During their merger they said their values aligned with TCF. TCF was a rip off so they must be the same. I worked there for 5 depressing years and their favorite customers is one who knows little about finance. Like deposit and lending rates. We paid customers zero for their deposits, okay 0.01% APY do a $10k CD based on their rate sheet would pay you $1.00. The rates charged for borrowing was 2-3% more than area banks. I could no longer work their in good conscious. Be sure to shop around before locking your money in a CD or getting a mortgage. TCF's FB page had less than 2 stars and Huntington is very close so yeah their values to align and they do not acknowledge these complaints because they really do not care how you feel. I recommend Mysavingsdirect and add the dot com. You will receive right now 4.35% APY and their mortgage rates are very competitive. They want larger down payments based on their rate sheets but I am sure there are other options available.

My card was stolen. I went in to get a new card and they could only print a new ATM card, not one that you can use as a credit card. Then was told it would be 7 to 10 business days before I would receive a new card in the mail. I don't have time to wait 10 days for a credit card! My old bank used to print them on the spot. Very upset. Huntington needs to get with the program and make things easier for their clientele if they want to keep any of it. I liked tcf wayyyyyy better!

The transition was a undesirable. Promises were made but not kept. Things such as auto pay set up yet not kept. The communication was not clear. When they made blunders, they refused to provide quality customer service. Not satisfied with them at all. Due to their blunder caused a 4-8mo. set back on a business plan. But what really takes the cake. The customer service representative had such a nonchalant or unconcerned disposition. 👎🏾

customer phone service is terrible, and they do not seem to care either. call back service sucks too. hung up on me in 20 seconds. finally got somebody after 2 weeks. still had to wait 15 minutes for an issue I could not resolve on web site, came close to closing my account. another tcf problem.
