I want to leave negative. Over 5 years ago I had a TFC bank account with my son. It was a student account. When they where bought by Huntington I was told he needed to upgrade his account because he would now be over 18. We decided not to open another joint account. He opened his own. Fwd to today and I got a collection letter in the mail for an account he has that they are saying I am on. I never approved an account with them. I now have to take time off work to speak to a supervisor because they are to busy at 8:20 am when they opened at 8am.

Hunting bank customer service is lousy! You can't get thru to them on the phone. If you leave a callback they never call.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. I signed up for a business bank account. I am a private practice therapist doing 100% telehealth work, so I applied for my LLC under a registered agent, which provides a physical address for mailing purposes only. When signing up for the business bank account, I was prompted to enter the physical address of *where I see clients* that ISN’T my home address, so I provided the address of my office, which of course is different than the physical address for mailing purposes only. My account was flagged for “inaccurate information” and I received an email saying someone would reach out to me. Three days later, still no one had reached out, so I called in. I spoke to a guy named William that had a monotone voice with just enough sass to sound as though he was bored and having a bad day, and his tone with me was completely condescending from the beginning. He proceeded to tell me I had to go into a branch to upload the necessary documents. I explained that the nearest branch to me is 3.5 hours away, and asked why I couldn’t just upload the documents - as I had when I signed up for the bank account. He proceeded to put my on hold for TWENTY MINUTES only to come back and tell me that he “spoke to multiple other people that all said the same thing” which is that I need to go into a branch. I asked him to please help me make sense of how it’s possible to upload all the documents to create the account, but to correct an error requires going into a physical location. He responded “I don’t know how I’m supposed to make that make sense for you” with a sneering tone. I asked to speak with a manager - he said he IS the manager! I wish I woulda looked up the poor reviews prior to setting up my account. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, and William needs to be fired. What a jerk.

Wire transfer can only be done in person. Can't Zell money either. Went down hill after app updates

What a bum shit hole bank. should probably hire people to operate your business you idiots . Will make sure i tell Everyone how garbage your service is . Pathetic . Should be illegal what you guys are doing .

One of the worst experiences I've had with any business. I bought a vehicle through Ford and they financed it through Huntington Bank. All I want to do is find out how to make payments. I've spent two hours trying to reach a real person and can't. This is a terrible business that should be avoided at all costs.

I have nothing but issues with Huntington Bank. I was drawn in by their friendliness and welcoming atmosphere at the bank when opening account but then all the employees quit and the manager quit. The service at the branch is now bad. If you call in to corporate line, they tell you to go to main branch. Go to main branch and they tell you you need an appointment to talk with manager. Tried to set up bill pay and they decided to lock my mobile app because they thought it was fraud. That was even after them walking me through setting it up. They would not unlock it for a week even after I came in to verify it was me setting it up. The staff seems poorly trained.
