We bought a fan for bedroom.. Does not accept WiFi PIN
We bought a fan for bedroom and tried to install it nine days ago. Model 53519. The hardware install went ok. WiFi setup is still ongoing. The app will not accept the pin that I believe we received. I called "customer service" and they said this has to be handled by their IT team who only works by email. Ticket was created and supplied with all requested details on 14-Sep-2026. It's now 23-Sep-2026 and still no calls or emails.
