This is the second time I purchased humps sunglasses! Love the price and how they are polarized. I broke the leg on my first pair that I bought in 2020, so I got another in May of 2024! This time around, Canada has implemented a customs fee of $16.85 that I was not aware of. I reached out to Humps to see if they would reimburse me for that, as I already paid the shipping as well, they advised they are aware of the custom fees being charged in Canada but will not provide a reimbursement. If you live in Canada just a heads up you will be stuck paying this extra cost!

I've had three pairs of sunglasses break. Contacted Humps 5 months ago, haven't had a response. False advertising and no customer service.

Bought 2 pairs & on both pairs the coating of the lens just rubs off! I contacted Humps & they said I could replace both pairs under their lifetime warranty but I’d have to pay shipping ‘per pair’! And to the UK that’s over £60! I asked why I’d have to pay for shipping twice when they could just post both pairs together in the same box & they replied “If you are not happy with the warranty policy, you are welcome to purchase these again at full price yourself.”! I also had to pay import tax to receive them the first time round at the post office.

Looks nice, but are broken in the blink of an eye. The coloured layer on the lenses of my first glasses dissolved somehow. I got new ones under the warranty but I don't live in the USA so I had to pay for shipping & customs which was A LOT. Then my second pair: same issue. Coloured layer was dissolving again despite me being super careful with this pair. And then one of the legs broke. So much for I breakable glasses. Never again.

Should be zero starts! Never received my product!!! No tracking and company cutomer service blames on me for not ‘paying insurance’. I buy everything online and have never had this before. They don’t deliver and you pay for it?!? Scam!!!

Great sunglasses. Also amazing customer service. My package was delivered to the wrong address (or was stolen). Even though I didn't get package insurance they resent me the sunglasses free of charge. Paid for the package insurance the second time though, only 98 cents! Thanks Janie at Humps Optics!

Bought a couple of glasses for a deal they were having and thought they were great. Took them to the beach and film started to come away from both pairs and arms broke. Best waste of money!

cool frames but the lenses are POOR QUALITY. you see the reflection of your eye and cheek in the interior of the lens wich makes you blind and you see nothin'. wearing these sunglasses is worst than not wearing them. Also, they took forever to arrive
