Love these! Had them for years and are durable and look great :)

I bought three pairs about 5 months ago and they have been incredible. I have a pair of the Memory Metal frames (which bend any way you like), the Monte Carlo’s and the Venice and the quality is so good for the money. Would 100% recommend.

Ordered two pairs and they are lightweight and comfortable. The lenses are a bit dark but the low rating is for the quality. They claim to be unbreakable but my frames cracked after less than a year of wear. They hadn't been dropped or anything either. When I wrote to customer support they just gave me a discount code to buy a new pair. They didn't live up to the promise of durability which is the reason I bought them. I was hoping for more :(

Ordered sunglasses at the start of June 2020. The delivery is very slow - it took a week to even get through processing in the US. Once it was in the UK, it was another week before it was delivered... to the wrong address! It took yet another week of chasing before a replacement pair was sent (i asked CS to please give me details about replacement, and instead just got an 'order placed' email). Still haven't received the second pair - ordered 11 days ago. Apparently it's still in the US for processing but I'm holding out little hope, also based on these other reviews and my previous experience, that it will 1. arrive at the correct address and 2. be usable. I'm frustrated I didn't see these reviews in advance! Hopefully they'll arrive and be amazing, at which point I'll update my review, but right now I'm not feeling optimistic

I bought a pair of their Memory Metal frames and they have blown my mind. It doesn't matter which way you bend them, whether it's the arms or the nose bit, they just bounce right back to their starting position. And the lenses are like looking at the world through an IG filter.

So disappointed in Humps. Ordered once last year, liked the sunnies and decided to order again two pairs this year. Two months on, have not received my order..spoke to Royal Mail and they said that they never received the package. No response from humps customer service, not even that they are looking into the matter...been chasing them on e-mail and Facebook, makes me so irritated. Don't waste your money and patience and don't order with this company, I certainly won't anymore.

Horrible customer service! Ordered sunglasses two months ago and still didn’t receive it. Company told me to keep on waiting two weeks ago and ignoring my emails since. Don’t waste your time and money with this company **Update: received my sunnies after 2.5 months- still customer services could have been more attentive.**

This company should be ashamed of their campaign. They claim that their glasses are indestructible, they've spent alot money and time demonstrating this with their ads. The reality is that they arms were so loosly connected that the glasses are NOT WEARABLE. I wrote to them to ask for a replacement and NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE. Don't buy the glasses, don't waste your time. I hope this company goes bust. I've written then 4 times asking for any kind of comment. I'm still waiting.
