Everything, just everything is great with this guys. Quick and personal support, all the facilities to do whatever you need, and really great services. I've been with them for a bunch, and they never fail. Walker is amazing.

if you are lucky someone of the support team will answer any of your problems in less than 3 days but of course your subscription time that you paid for is still running. if your problem is not solved you have to wait again untill someone decides to help you :)

Hello Gaston, We understand your frustration and we always aim for a 100% customer satisfaction. It is a shame we weren't able to provide that to you based on your review, if you would like to reach to us and mention the ticket number which is related to this, we will make sure that this will be handled by our team. We have faced a recent increase in our support ticket which is a factor but is not an excuse to provide a bad service to our customers. If you reach out to us we will make sure you are compensated for this issue. Thank you for understanding and wish you the best. Kind Regards, Jake

Very simple hosting service thats quite easy to use. support team and staff are all very friendly and helpful. also, the connection for friends seemed to be very good despite people being across the globe. If you need a minecraft hosting service this one the one to use.
