Been having a Minecraft server with HumbleServers for about two weeks now and I can say that I am quite happy so far. They offer great value for the price, plus their Discord server is pretty chill and the support team is really helpful and quick (this is from my own experience). I hope to stay satisfied and continue using their service.

At the start, I wanted to learn how the VPS works and I bought a VPS plan, but soon I realized that it is too hard for so I decided to cancel. Then they made an exception for me and transferred my credits to another more beginner-friendly plan. I would say that the support that I received is another strong point of this company. Shared host plan works on pterodactyl, not multicraft, and I find pterodactyl more pleasant and easy in use. Work of the server is stable, I'm not experiencing any issues and performance drops, although I'm on shared hosting. A few days ago I won on a giveaway on their discord and they made another exception for me. So from my experience with them, I would recommend this hosting company, especially the attitude to the client was awesome.

Very nice people have helped me lots of times free of charge. Servers are very cheap and good quality and I always come back here if I need a server again.

High ping & bad moderation. If you like having 300+ ping on your server this hosting is for you definetly.
Response from Humble ServersJul 20, 2020
Hello Kaspian, The reason why you had bad ping was that you had a North American location and you were located in Eastern Europe. Regarding the moderation, we are sorry but we had to terminate your account after notifying you for over 3 weeks that we got reports from plugin developers that you were using leaked plugins which violated our TOS and reports of you harassing, being impatient, and being rude towards the staff members. You have also opened a dispute after using it for 2 months without having any issues. You are always welcome back if you create a server with no cracked plugins. Kind Regards, Jake, Operations Director
