I love that they do educational webinars several times a year. When I call they are always chipper and helpful. The rollover from my last company was super easy. Bait and switch on pricing I run a small business with ~30 employees, and we elected to use Human Interest for our employee 401(k). Much of the reason for this is the legal requirement that we offer 401(k)s to our employees, so Human Interest sold us on their low fee basic 401(k) plan. After it was set up and employees started making contributions, they switched their pricing to cost us ~$5,000 additional per year, knowing that there are high switching costs to a competitor. But at the end of the day, I've learned that they can't be trusted and are using bait and switch tactics to raise fees on small businesses.
