Easy to Navigate!
Human Interest has user friendly employer and employee portals. All information is clearly laid out and email communication is prompt!

Human interest did a great job in… finding us the best plan
Human interest did a great job in onboarding us and setting us up with a great plan. Our employees love the ability to start putting away savings and HI were wonderful in helping it all happen!

Good communication
I really appreciate the frequency and type of emails Human Interest sends. Even though most items are set to run automatically it has been nice to have the heads up and they are sent at a reasonable time so you can take action if needed.

Interface is easy to understand
Interface is easy to understand. I am a company admin, so I have access to the company view and individual view. Both are pretty clean and easy to use. Reports are good. It syncs with my payroll provider, so that is very nice to have.

Loan Distribution
Kenny L. was great to work with in re-issuing an ACH deposit after I missed my certified mail check delivery. I'm writing this in good faith that in the next 13 days I receive my funds directly to my account. Overall, requesting a loan was simple, Kenny was patient and able to go one step above my expectations with an ACH deposit instead of snail mail.

Fine app but lacking features
The website is fine, but there is no app and there is no third party integration e.g., with personal finance websites such as Monarch Money.
