I have documentation of submitting service termination back in July, and have been continuing to get charged, it is now December. They did not communicate with me, as the business owner, or the employee for a smooth transition process. They only continued withdrawal from my account and say that the termination process is pending... for 5 months! Human Interest is unprofessional and completely disorganized. They do not communicate or support their customers.
