The incredibly long wait for assistance was quite annoying, nut once connected with Marissa she was extremely helpful by explaining to me the process which I seem to be stuck in limbo for my funds disbursement. The clerk that I ended up speaking to on the IRA side, however, was absolutely useless so I’m still no better off that when I started. Thank you Marissa for doing your part!

I waited less than 2-3 minutes for someone to assist and Marissa was super patient, helpful, and answered all of my questions.
