Update: 12/24 - Just got an email saying they oversold the drum that I purchased and it wouldn't be available for 20+ days. If I could rate this company a 0 on customer service I would. 0 shipping updates in 3 weeks, and only automated answers. I ordered my product on Dec 5 hoping to give the drum to my fiancé. Unless it arrives tomorrow, I’m not sure that will happen. I have called, emailed, and chatted with no responses.

Ordered a drum a month ago in November; it never shipped. I filed a dispute with my credit card company.

My personal humdrum is beautiful. I purchased one as a gift and three weeks later, it hasn’t shipped. So much for my gift being on time for Christmas. Nowhere does it say it will take a month to get. I get no reply from the company after 8 tries to reach them by phone or email. Be very careful

Update Dec 19, 2022: I have received my refund. My nightmare with HueDrum is over! Update Dec 17, 2022: I did not receive a tracking number within the 48 hours that HueDrum promised. My request to cancel my order has finally been approved after sending daily cancellation requests since Dec 13. Other than useless automated responses, I never received responses to my emails or chats on their website regarding my order status. I will update my review again once I receive my refund. Update Dec 15 2022: I submitted a claim with my credit card company yesterday (Dec 14) and I have finally received an email from Hue Drum saying that my order is packed and I will receive a tracking number within the next 48 hours. Maybe HueDrum only ships out orders if there is pressure from outside sources? I will update my review again after my order is shipped. Ordered a drum on November 22, 2022, and the drum I ordered was supposedly in stock. Claims to ship 1-2 business days after ordering, and to take an additional 3-6 days to arrive after being shipped. So I should have received it by Dec 6, 2022. It is now December 14 and HueDrum has not responded to my shipping questions or cancellation requests.

The color is a nice red. Cool easy playful product and the sound is good.

Love this, the sound is great. It's fun to play and has a surprisingly relaxing sound.

I saw this drum on Facebook and thought it would be nice for meditation and relaxation. While the drum did arrive a bit later than expected, due to a FedEx shipping delay, it was 100% worth the wait. I bought the bigger drum and it is light enough to be carried around with ease. It is also beautifully painted and capable of making a wide variety of sounds depending on how you play if. I don’t come from a background in music but after a few hours of experimentation I started to become comfortable with the drum. It also came with a quality carrying case and a booklet of songs to try. The mallets feel good in your hands and are of a high quality wooden material. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and will be adding the smaller drum to my collection in the future!

still have not received my drum and I ordered it back at the start of may but can't get through to them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
