I ordered a hue drum in February 2020 - they took the money on my credit card; it never arrived. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because of the pandemic and I was promised in 2021 that it they would resend. I’ve been emailing ever since and was strung along for a while - now they don’t even reply.

paid for 3 drums. NEVER RECEIVED ONE. The company told me they were shipping. THEY NEVER DID. The company ghosted me. Did not respond to emails. Website goes dark. No answer on toll free number. DO NOT ORDER.

Ordered last year and was very happy with purchase. Great communication. Great value. Came back for another drum, received confirmation of order, CC charged. After 10 days (was told would receive in 2-10 business days) asked for shipping confirmation. So far have been ignored 3 times via email, 3 times contacting through site, 3 times in FB messenger and chat feature on site does not load.

I purchased a Hue Drum from their company at: CONGOS Customer service: 18030 150th Rd Springfield Gardens, NY 11413. I attempted to make contact with the company for MONTHS to return the drum and never received a response! BBB next.

It has been a month and my drum has still not arrived. The company has not responded to emails, and the link to my tracking information does not work. I am very suspicious and will never order from this company again. What to do?

Levei um calote. Comprei uma kalimba da empresa paguei quase 800 dólares e nunca foi entregue. Entrei em desacordo comercial o banco entrou en contato e eles não devolveram meu dinheiro. Não respondem e-mails há mais de 2 meses. Fujam desta empresa !!!

Same experience as previous reviews. Was super excited about this product until I realized my tracking info didn’t work and no one responded to emails or insta dms. I had to leave a comment on one of their photos to get a response and then they deleted my comments and other ones it seems…while saying I was going to get an email cancellation. 2 weeks later. I ended up having to dispute it with my bank. Avoid the headache until they address this on social media or something. Suspicious activities afoot.

I ordered a drum for my grandchildren and they were so excited to try it. I received my order confirmation and a tracking number within a few days. The tracking number link brought me to a blank page for two weeks. I emailed customer service theee times with no response. Luckily I paid with PayPal and requested a refund. Still no answer from this company. I had to escalate the complaint and after a month still have no resolution: no refund or reply from this company.
