Same experience as everyone else. Ordered this item, which I thought was legit. Had tons of marketing etc. Have contacted company and received a response stating that order would be shipping within the next week, that was mid Feb and I ordered the item Jan 1st. I sent another email this week inquiring with no response. Was reading online that complaints can be filed with the Federal Trade Commission so will be pursuing that as well as contacting my credit card company to see if they can do anything to refund me or provide guidance as to how to file other complaints against the company.

Ordered Dec. 2022, it is now Feb. 2023, never received it.

I ordered a hue drum beginning of January 2023. Same story as other reviewers. No receipt of product but paid for it. Have tried to contact the company. No useful customer service. Did receive one “response”stating the drum was going to be shipped out that week…NOPE. Is this a scam business???

The product never arrived as promised. I ordered the drum 12/1 and was promised it would ship in time to receive for Christmas. This did not happen. I received an email on 12/24 offering a 30% refund. This was never received. It has been impossible to reach anyone at Huedrum. It is now 1/18. No drum and no refund. It is a scam. Edit: 3/29. Had to submit for a refund through my credit card because hue drum never refunded me and never mailed me the drum. It is a scam.

I ordered my hue drum December 12, 2022, bought the very large blue drum and I finally received an email stating that that there was a delay with the order., I would get it in 23 days from the date and that they offered a discounted price for the delay. I was told by their customer service they would send it out by January 15th, 2023, and I have sent countless email to along with messages. Unfortunately, I have not heard anything back and the tracking number that was sent to me when clicked upon is now showing there an error and no web page. I'm believing I was scammed out of my $$, I am very sad about this I asked for a refund and still no response. Please contact better business bureau if you feel you've also been taken advantage of.

Ordered item on November 22 and still haven’t received item or any tracking. Contacted their customer service multiple times through December and was told my item would be shipping soon then the last one they told me I would have shipping the next day. I did not have tracking the next day and they stopped responding to my emails. It is now December 29 I will be contacting my card company and opening a dispute. This item was a Christmas gift the website made it sound like it was a two week process max so I was under the impression that It would arrive weeks ahead of when I would need it. It’s so disappointing because I really wanted to gift this product. There has been no transparency or honesty in my dealings with them.

I ordered a drum for Christmas for my 8-year-old son. The quality and sound surpassed my expectations. His older siblings have also enjoyed playing with the drum and expressed that it was easy to learn and so much fun to play. My experience with customer service has been exceptional! Thank you for all of your help!!
