Love the infused honey. Best ever. It does take time for delivery because the infusion is done after ordered to insure freshness. Once you receive it and try it, I guarantee it is worth the wait. Will definitely order again.

**Updated review on 7/10/26 -after about 4 months, I finally received my honey, and I couldn't be happier! It was worth the wait! I ordered some sample sizes and have already taste tested the coconut, the cinnamon, the vanilla, and the bourbon. They are all SO good and SO fresh. Once the honey was done with the infusion process, I received plenty of emails updating me on the order status. I finally received the "shipping" email and once UPS had it, it was easy to track. The package arrived quickly and without issue. I think I've learned a lesson in giving grace, being patient, and being more understanding. It seems that this company is back on track now, so I will definitely be ordering from them again.** Oringinal review - I, like many of the other folks leaving reviews, placed an order on March 17th and have still not received my order. Today is May 21st. The website shows it's still in the "infusing" process. I only ordered sample sizes so this seems odd that it's taking so long. I emailed them and have received NO response. There is very little communication from the company regarding the delay - all I get is that once it's shipped, I'll receive an email with tracking info. I am starting to wonder if this is a legit company. Sadly, I don't think I'll be ordering from them again, as I can get good honey locally.

We understand your frustration and disappointment, and we appreciate you sharing your experience. However, we do want to respectfully clarify that Huckle Bee Farms is absolutely a legitimate company. We are a real family farm that has served thousands of customers over the years, and throughout this unusually difficult period we continued producing, shipping orders, and issuing refunds whenever requested. Over the past few months, we experienced a significantly higher volume of orders than anticipated while also navigating a serious family health situation involving my wife's chemotherapy treatments. During that time, production timelines unfortunately increased as orders moved through the infusion and bottling process. While sample sizes may seem like they should move through production faster, they still follow the same small-batch infusion and bottling process as our larger products. Unlike warehouse-style fulfillment companies, we do not pull most products from inventory shelves ready to ship. We also consistently communicated updates regarding production timelines and delays through our website, Facebook page, and weekly production emails. Due to the unusually high volume of emails received during this period, responses were sometimes delayed. That is why we repeatedly encouraged customers to call us directly, as phone support became the fastest and most reliable way to receive assistance and order updates. We respectfully disagree with the statement that there was "very little communication," as updates were posted regularly across multiple channels throughout this period. We understand that those updates did not change the frustration of waiting, but we made every effort to keep customers informed as timelines evolved. I am so pleased with the honey pack sampler I ordered from this company. It did take a long time to receive my order, but they sent emails from time to time and also had explained it takes time to make the honey once an order is placed. Each sample came in it's own tiny honey bear bottle. All was packaged beautifully. And as for the product itself, the flavors are outstanding. I will order from them again.

Ordered 3 bottles of honey on 2/16/26, which arrived today, 4/21/26, well-packed and in perfect condition via FedEx direct to my door. Be advised that there is a wait of about 2 months as your product is made for you, to your specifications, but be patient, as the superb products are worth the wait! The owner answered my queries and kept in touch. Makes a beautiful gift.
