The honey is absolutely delicious but…
The honey is absolutely delicious but it usually takes at least 3 months for delivery. Placed an order in June and got an email saying April orders just shipped out. This is my third and probably last order.

Thank you for the compliment about our honey, and we’re glad you’ve enjoyed it enough to order from us three times. We do want to clarify that our infused honey is a custom, small-batch product that takes time to make. We don't mass-produce finished bottles and leave them sitting on a warehouse shelf waiting for an order. Our honey goes through the infusion process before it is bottled, packaged, and shipped. This year, demand was much greater than anticipated, which unfortunately extended that process well beyond our normal turnaround time. We have been very transparent about the backlog, sending regular email updates and posting our current order status on our website and social media. We completely understand that some customers prefer a product that can ship immediately. That's simply not how our infused honey is made. We choose to take the time necessary to produce the product properly, and we believe that commitment to quality is part of the reason you described the honey as “absolutely delicious.”
