Orders placed March 8 and April 7
I placed my first order on March 8, then another order for a sample pack on April 7. I have had lots of emails confirming that my order, though delayed, would be shipped soon. Every time I call I get a very pleasant person, who assures me my order will be shipped "in a couple of weeks". It is now June 11 (3 months after the first order) and still no tracking number. After reading all these reviews, my question is - HAS ANYONE ACTUALLY RECEIVED ANY HONEY?
Response from Huckle Bee FarmsJun 11, 2026
We understand your frustration with the delay and appreciate you sharing your experience. To answer your question directly: yes, thousands of customers have received their honey. In fact, many of the reviews posted during this same period mention receiving their orders and enjoying the products, even while acknowledging the longer-than-normal wait times. Over the past few months, we experienced an unprecedented surge in demand while also navigating a serious family health situation involving my wife's chemotherapy treatments. During that time, production timelines unfortunately increased as orders moved through the infusion, bottling, packaging, and shipping process. We appreciate that you called for updates, and it sounds like our team did exactly what we encouraged customers to do during this period—call for real-time information. The estimates provided were based on your order's production status at the time. Unfortunately, production schedules continued to shift as we worked through the backlog. We also consistently communicated updates through our website, Facebook page, shipping information page, order confirmation emails, and weekly production update emails. We understand that none of those updates make waiting any less frustrating, but they were intended to keep customers informed rather than leave them guessing. Unlike warehouse-style fulfillment companies, many of our infused honeys are handcrafted in small batches and require proper infusion time before bottling. That process was outlined in multiple places, including the order confirmation email, Terms & Conditions, Shipping Information page, website notices, and checkout process. While we understand your disappointment after waiting three months, we respectfully disagree with the implication that orders were not being fulfilled. Orders continued moving through production and shipping daily throughout this period. We understand this experience did not meet expectations, and we appreciate the opportunity we were given. — Jim Huckle Bee Farms
