Worst Support Team & Billing
Worst Infrastructure. Servers go down and support is pathetic. They reply very vague and response time is very drastic. Card gets declined every now and then and they remove the discount plan as they like.

With that said, we took a look into your ticket and found that the discount we applied last year had already expired. Please take note that our one-time discounts are only valid for 12 months. This explains why it has been removed. Despite that, I'm glad to let you know that our team was able to grant another 12-month extension as a special consideration. 😊 Also, we would like to explain that due to the guidelines set by the Reserve Bank of India, you would need to complete 3D Secure. 3D Secure is an additional verification step with the card issuer when paying. This usually comes in the form of a one-time PIN that's sent to your email or mobile. I hope this helps to clarify things!
