Horrible. I ordered contacts initially and got the wrong prescription so I thought I had cancelled but continued to get charged and sent the wrong strength contacts and never got refunded.

You were charged for your subscription box because you did not change the date or contact us to alter your delivery schedule. We are not pausing subscriptions without being asked to do so, as many people still do need their contact lenses. I ordered the £1 free trial and although it did arrive quite quickly, they wasn’t amazing. A few of the contact lenses upon opening was dry and not in any of the solution. Not only this, but to cancel it is a hassle. They have charged my card twice after i have tried to cancel them, i haven’t had a response on email after multiple emails and the phone line wasn’t working very well.

The contacts are alright but they dry out very quick. But my issue with them lies with their cancellation team, even though they say that you can cancel online, and when you try to it says “your subscription has been canceled” it hasn’t been. And you won’t fully know until they charge you the upcoming month and then say they can’t refund you because they use a third party shipping company.

I have had nothing but problems with this company!!! 😡 I received the wrong contacts 2 months in a row in March and April. I contacted support and was not pleased with how things were handled. The reps are all very rude and seem to not be at all understanding or apologetic about the wrongs made by the company. I was told to send the contacts back for a refund and have not received a single penny. I went and cancelled my subscription yet I’m still getting notifications that Hubble is trying to charge me. I’ve had this subscription for a year. It’s an easy and convenient service, HOWEVER, multiple times I have not had the funds in my account for you to take. So you send me an email that my payment was declined only to find that you took it anyway 🙃 causing me over draft fees.
