Pathetic contact lenses. Caused serve head ache. Their ads tricked me to give up my credit card information for a automated payment (for a trial lenses). Its been a year I did not receive my refund. These guys are fraudsters.

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for MONTHS and i’m still getting charged and receiving contacts that i do not wear. i have a TON just sitting around i want a REFUND i will send them back

I do see that we've updated your delivery frequency to every 3 months and inform you to call us on October 2018 and January 2019, but I'm not able to find a record of your phone call. Half of the contacts are great, you can’t feel them but the other half moves around your eye. Not very comfortable, and not worth it. They pay be cheap and recyclable but I I’ve had too many problem contacts to continue with this company. I wouldn’t buy them again.

These contacts do not allow air to your eye i caused drastic damage to my eyes because of this. I now have to wear glasses for a year at minimum and may never be able to wear contacts again. I tried to cancel and the company wouldn't cancel my order so I now have about 12 boxes unopened still in the box and u returnable. Customer service said i didn't qear them correctly, I dont understand put in the morning throw away at night. End of story
