Hubble is a great service and the customer support was awesome. I really wish the lenses were more comfortable for my eyes because I would definitely continue with the service. I was billed before I forgot to cancel the service and the refund and return was fast and simple.

The contacts are terrific. I especially like the light blue tint which comes in handy when one occasionally drops onto my table. Although I cover my table with a clean sheet, there is enough liquid left in the capsule to refresh the dropped contact. I took off one star because I sometimes have difficulty separating the capsules. When that happens, I have to make sure to use the compromised lens first.

Rx does go no farther than 6.0 and i wear a 6.5

They are good just dry your eyes out

Like many others I have ordered the free 15 pairs without realising that I was commiting to a subscription too. Got worried after reading all reviews here but it turned out that they are quite responsive to emails. But you do have to call to cancel. It's a free number and it took me 3 minutes to cancel. Still waiting for the free lenses, so can't tell anything about their quality.

I honestly did not have these problems that others are listing. It is very clear when you sign up that if you do not cancel, you will start a direct debit rolling service. The trial lenses arrived very surprisingly quickly! Within 1 or 2 days. I tried the lenses and I thought they were alright, not the best I've ever had but not bad at all. The first time I wore them I found them a little uncomfortable, but the second time my eyes got used to them and I found it absolutely fine - I have quite dry eyes though and they are used to expensive lenses! I started using eye drops and all the other times I wore them I had no troubles at all! I found them a little dry by the end of the day but nothing unusual - I was wearing them longer than recommended. I phoned Hubble to cancel - plainly because I don't wear contacts every day, and the free trial was enough to last me a while, and I didn't have the money for a rolling contract. Also I wanted to see how easy it was to cancel. They asked a lot of questions about why I was cancelling, and tried to persuade me to stay, offered me less frequent payment options, but once I had made my reasons clear they were very helpful, cancelled my contract for me. I was never charged beyond the free trial. Them actually cancelling has made me trust them and I intend to come back now that I want lenses. I will update my review if I encounter any problems!

Reading other reviews makes me wonder when I'll be charged for another delivery. Only tried the trial, they didn’t fit my eyes so not part of my review. The delivery time and the over the phone service was great. I cancelled my subscription within 2 minutes.
